Can I change my shipping details after placing an order?

Once your order is placed, we can't change the shipping details since it's already been sent to our warehouse. If needed, you can cancel the order and place a new one. If cancellation isn’t possible, the order will be returned to us if it's not delivered.

There is no any hidden charges, all of the product prices listed on the website includes all applicable taxes.

What payment options are available at Kamal?

We accept four payment methods: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (for eligible products).

How long does a COD refund take to reach my bank account?

Once the product is returned, our team will request your bank details, and the refund will be credited to your account within 7–10 working days.
